Diet restrictions
Nothing to eat or drink after midnight on the day of your procedure with only a clear liquid diet the day before your procedure.
Preparation
At noon on the day before your procedure you will take two Dulcolax tablets. At 6pm the day before your procedure, you will drink one bottle of Magnesium Citrate.
Starting procedure
On the day of your procedure, once you arrive at the procedure location, you will be fitted with a special belt to capture data from the capsule.
Instructions
A technician or nurse will explain what you can expect and let you know when you should return that afternoon to have the belt removed.
Results
Your results will be available within seven to ten days.
